Crystal Lagoons Projects Recognized Worldwide

The United States, South Africa and Uruguay are just some of thecountries where Crystal Lagoons® projects are getting media attention, due to its innovation that speeds up sales and increases the price of units.

United States

In the U.S., Windsong Ranch, in Dallas, Texas, has been nominated, for second consecutive year, in “The Nationals 2020” organized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The development, which is anchored by a 5-acre crystalline lagoon, is nominated in four categories: “Lifestyle Director of the Year”, “Master-Planned Community of the Year”, “Best Community Signage” and “Lifestyle Program of the Year”.

This year, 2019, the development won in “Master Planned Community of the year” and “Best Lifestyle program”. In 2017, it received also “Master Planned Community of the year”, “Best Community Signage”, “Best Landscape Design for a Master Planned Community” and “Best Computer Generated Sales Tool”.

South Africa

The multinational’s first project in the South Africa, The Blyde, won four categories in the Africa and Arabia Property Awards, namely, “Best Lifestyle Architecture 2019-2020” and “Leisure development for South Africa 2019-2020”.

In an interview to local South African media outlet, Business Day, Balwin Properties CEO, Steve Brookes stated that the increased sales figures in 2018 and 2019 at The Blyde are in large part thanks to Crystal Lagoons amenity, which was a decisive factor.

Uruguay

In the exclusive resort of Punta del Este, Uruguay, Solanas Crystal View is located, one of the country’s most luxurious resorts. The complex’s attributes include a 7.5-acre lagoon with Crystal Lagoons technology, which earned it the “Mixed-Use Development 2019-2020” award, also from the International Property Awards. The development has ample green areas combined with a turquoise lagoon which, as in other Crystal Lagoons projects, allows all kinds of non-motorized watersport activities and is surrounded by white sand beaches.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
