Lagoon Park Bucharest: Transforming the Romanian Capital

The PAL® development Lagoon Park Bucharest, located within the Central District Lagoon City, was awarded in the “Leisure Development” category. This project has made a mark on the Romanian capital by bringing an idyllic beach life  to the heart of Bucharest. Featuring a monumental crystalline lagoon that has become a gathering point for locals, the project has created a mass attraction phenomenon, with ticket sales and long lines since its pre-opening. In addition to the artificial lagoon, the development includes 11,000 m² of white sandy beaches, restaurants, terraces, event and sports zones, and a large recreational infrastructure typical of the PAL® model.

Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort: Awarded for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort in Murcia remains a benchmark for excellence. At the European Property Awards, it received two major awards. For the fourth consecutive year, it was named “Best Mixed-Use Development,” and, for the first time, it won “Best Mixed-Use Architecture,” recognizing the innovation and quality of this project. At its heart, a 4-acre crystalline lagoon redefines the water experience in a natural and safe environment while the development blends luxury residences with commercial, recreational, and entertainment areas. This complex has become ideal for those seeking to balance urban living with direct contact with nature in one of Europe’s sunniest destinations, with more than 300 days of sunshine a year.
