Crystal Lagoons project in Brazil will be the next to open

Brazil, globally known for its beaches will be the place where Crystal Lagoons will inaugurate its next project with a crystalline lagoon, idyllic beaches and white sand. The innovation multinational will finish its first developments in that country in the city of Cuiabá, Matto Grosso state.

The Cuiabá project is part of the developments plan of first and second house that Crystal Lagoons is carrying out in Brazil, Latin-American’s biggest economy and the 7th worldwide, in association with the main real estate developers from that country.

The residential development in Cuaibá contemplates 838 dwelling among houses and apartments, a navigable crystalline lagoon 2,1 hectare long surrounded by 4 white sand beaches of great size in a landsite of 36 hectares.

Another Crystal Lagoons housing project in Brazil will be places at Mato Grosso do Sol State, which will have 600 houses, while the third project, will be built in Brasilia, and will have 1.350 residential units among houses and apartments. Both will include a large navigable lagoon where people would practice water sports such as kayak and sailing. The rest of the projects are still a secret.

These new developments focused on firs house for medium sectors adds up to other projects of first and second housing that Crystal Lagoons is developing in that country. At the time, the company has in Brazil 15 projects in different stages of developments in advance, in association with the main real estate developers of that country.
