Crystal Lagoons project in Argentina: Home & Resort concept

Vizora Desarrollos Inmobiliarios presented Remeros Beach, a project in Tigre that will include a crystalline water lagoon and white sand beaches developed with Crystal Lagoons’ concept and technology and that will also offer towers, condos and town houses in a 18-hectare site land in the Camino de los Remeros area. It will be based on the home & resort concept with all the facilities of urban life.

“We decided to innovate with a residential and urban development different to everything that currently exists in the country because its dimensions and location”, Milagros Brito, Vizora’s president said. “Thanks to Crystal Lagoons’ technology that is already a success in the most important countries in the world, Remeros Beach will be an oasis in the middle of a zone which is constantly growing, such as Tigre”, Brito said.

The project will have at its heart a Crystal Lagoons’ 4-hectare crystalline lagoon and in its surroundings, homes of different types and green areas will be built. There are three neighborhoods being developed: A more traditional one with low rise condo like buildings of up to four floors; another one with towers of more than 15 floors, and the last one in a townhouse style with wider beaches and marinas. There will also be different beach, sport, family and relaxation areas. Remeros Beach will have a wide variety of first class amenities such as clubhouse with restaurant, beach club, marinas, water centre, spa, gym, kids club, a multipurpose room for children and another one for adults, tennis courts, football fields, putting green, aerobic areas and shopping center.

“One of Remeros Beach’s main advantages is the perfect combination of pleasure and routine, with three white sand and crystalline water beaches and all the facilities of urban life. Due to its dimensions and location, this is an interesting and different project. We are going to make an oasis in the middle of an area which is in constant development, which is the case of Camino de los Remeros de Tigre, Brito added.
