Crystal Lagoons project in Argentina is a great success
4 November, 2014 / NewsTerralagos, the first Crystal Lagoons project in Argentina, part of the innovation multinational’s wide folder of developers in that country, has turned into a great success. The complex is placed at Canning, near Ezeiza International Airport, city of Buenos Aires.
The developer considers an investment of US$60 million, and its main attraction is a heavenly navigable crystalline lagoon of 5 hectares of size with white sand and palm trees beaches, bringing the idyllic beach lifestyle to the city of Buenos Aires. This crystalline lagoon is the first one in Argentina that has these characteristics and that allows residents and visitors to do any kind of water sports and enjoy the tropical paradise, every single day of the year.
For the Terralagos project, Crystal Lagoons partnered with the Repsa and Morvial group and the Castex Company, both of them with more than 15 years of experience in the development and commercialization of successful real estate projects in Buenos Aires and its surroundings.
This new development focused on medium sectors adds to other projects of first and second home that Crystal Lagoons is carrying out worldwide in countries such as the US, Egypt, UAE, Thailand, Jordan, Mexico and Brazil, among others.
