With successful projects already underway in the coffee-growing country, this time the multinational innovation company will revolutionize a new Colombian region by bringing the idyllic beach lifestyle.

Colombia has been a dynamic market for Crystal Lagoons. Now, following the tremendous success of projects such as Baia Kristal, Kristal Blu, and Kristal Malls, the multinational innovation company will develop a new complex in the coffee-growing country.

The Project

This is Llano Kristal, a real estate development that will be anchored by a 5.68-acre lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology, suitable for swimming and water sports. Surrounded by white sand beaches, it will offer an idyllic beach experience to the 1,500 homes planned within the development.

Strategic Location

The complex will be located in the Colombian Eastern Plains, in the department of Meta. This strategic region is characterized by its vast plains, rich biodiversity, abundant water resources, cultural heritage, and enormous economic potential. It is just three hours from the capital, Bogotá.

The project is part of the Master Agreement, a contract to develop numerous complexes with exclusivity in a specific area. The multinational innovation company signed with AED for six projects in the regions of Cundinamarca, Meta, Tolima, and Valle del Cauca.

The project is being developed in partnership with Arquitectura y Concreto, one of the leading real estate firms in the country, with over 35 years of experience and a market leader in sales. With this firm, Crystal Lagoons is already developing the Kristal Malls and Kristal Blu projects, both located in Cartagena de Indias.
