It is the largest shopping center in the Colombian Caribbean and the first Shopping Resort in the country, combining shopping, entertainment, and a coastal lifestyle in one location.
Its main attraction will be a monumental 5.5-acre crystalline lagoon, allowing visitors to enjoy an idyllic beach life in a city with no coastline. The artificial lagoon will also complement the mall’s commercial offerings with an integrated proposal that includes restaurants, terraces, a hotel, a cinema, health centers, and high-level entertainment infrastructure, ideal for weddings, concerts, and more.
Kristal Malls forms part of one of the largest agreements of Crystal Lagoons in Latin America with AED, a major Colombian real estate company. The agreement includes 11 projects for the country’s coffee-growing region, the Eje Cafetero, the Andean Region, and the surrounding Bogota area.
PAL® complexes stand out for their versatility and are ideal settings for significant events such as concerts, fairs, exhibitions, and weddings. They offer unparalleled scenic beauty thanks to their monumental crystalline lagoons with turquoise waters, illuminated at night to create a magical atmosphere. The projects can also incorporate Eco-Heated Lagoons technology, which allows lagoons to be heated without energy so they can be used year-round, even at night.
