Remeros Beach: an oasis in the middle of Buenos Aires

The Remeros Beach project, which will be placed at Buenos Aires northern area, will offer its residents a perfect mix between pleasure and routine, thanks to Crystal Lagoons’ concept and technology. The complex will have a four-hectare crystalline lagoon as its main attraction, and there will be a condo complex integrated to its surrounding.
“Thanks to Crystal Lagoons’ technology, that today is a total success in the most important markets around the world, Remeros Beach will be an oasis in the middle of an area that is growing, such as Tigre”, Milagros Brito, chairman of Vizora, company in charge of the real estate development, explained.
The four-hectare lagoon will be surrounded by condos that will mix townhouses and apartment towers based on the Home & Resort concept. The project will be in a 18-hectare site land in which there will also be wide green spaces.
Remeros Beach, which will be a premium residential complex also considers a wide range of first class amenities such as club house with restaurant; beach club; marinas and nautical center; spa and gym; kids club; tennis courts, football fields; putting green; aerobic pathway, and commercial centre. Likewise, it will also have different beach areas: sports, family, and relaxation.
This complex is being developed by Crystal Lagoons in Argentina and it joins four other projects that the innovation multinational is working on with in that country: Terralagos”, “Lagoon Pilar” and Acquavista”, to which new projects that the company foresees to develop in other cities such as Rosario, and Mar del Plata will join.
