Designed by Crystal Lagoons, the concept and business model called Public Access Lagoons ™ projects, also known as PAL™ developments, is the new venture by the multinational innovation company, that brought huge crystalline water lagoons surrounded by white sand beaches. Around them, retail, hotels, gastronomical services, and private investors can have their own tropical paradise so they can increase visitors on the edge of an attractive amenity.
