Crystalline lagoon of Lago Mar is the scene of the “Lagoonfest Texas”

The crystalline lagoon of the Lago Mar project is preparing to receive one of the best panoramas of the summer: the third version of “Lagoonfest Texas”, a traditional event of aquatic activities that takes place in the oasis of turquoise waters and white sands developed with Crystal Lagoons® sustainable technology, which can be accessed upon payment of a ticket.

For three days, families will have the opportunity to enjoy multiple swimming and relaxation activities in the five-hectare lagoon, water sports such as kayaking, paddle surfing, swimming, inflatable obstacle courses and water slides, among many others.

The Lago Mar lagoon spans more than a quarter mile from end to end and has more than a mile of shoreline, making it the largest Crystal Lagoons amenity in the U.S. in terms of length and water shoreline. Lago Mar is nearly six times larger than the first Crystal Lagoons amenity developed together with Land Tejas, known as Balmoral, located in Humble.

Designed by Crystal Lagoons, the concept and business model called Public Access Lagoons™ projects, also known as PAL™ developments, is the new venture by the multinational innovation company, that brought huge crystalline water lagoons surrounded by white sand beaches. Around them, retail, hotels, gastronomical services, and private investors can have their own tropical paradise so they can increase visitors on the edge of an attractive amenity.

Its low investment and maintenance costs make PAL™ lagoons into a high return investment as no one has ever seen which can transform any unused terrain into a place full of fun. Even the surrounding area generate a steady income, since all activities and food stands can be profitable all year long.
