International press highlights exclusive features of Crystal Lagoons’ “Hacienda La Joya” project in Peru

The renowned Latin American newspaper “La República” highlighted Crystal Lagoons’ new and exclusive project in Arequipa, Peru. The residential complex called “Hacienda La Joya” will feature the first crystal clear lagoon in southern Peru.
The 3.5-hectares lagoon that will be placed within the mega project represents an associated investment of US $60 million.
“Hacienda La Joya” is being built in partnership with Real Inmobiliaria y Constructora and it includes more than 3.000 lots that range from 700 m2, a private country club, club house with sports areas, equestrian center, mini golf, wide green areas, forest zones, among others.
The architecture will be in charge of the renowned architecture office Barclay and Crousse. This development is the first complex for middle class first house in that country that includes a crystalline lagoon. Placed at the San Isidro area, La Joya district at Arequipa province, the residential development will be located in a 405-hectares land site.
Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
