Florida press reports on progress being made at Crystal Lagoons project at Wesley Chapel

Local Florida press has reported on progress being made at Epperson, in Wesley Chapel, Crystal Lagoons mega-project in Florida. The project is in its very final stages of construction and it is expected to open by early 2018.
Epperson is set to become Crystal Lagoons’ first U.S. project to open. It is worth mentioning the unprecedented sales success of this project, selling out all 400 lots of phase 1 within only six weeks since the incorporation of a crystal clear lagoon.
The project will have around 2,000 homes upon completion. D.R. Horton, the first active home-builder on site, began selling homes at unprecedented speeds, even before completing any model homes.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
