Crystal Lagoons’ Terralagos project: The dream of living at steps from a turquoise waters beach.

22 January, 2015 / News

The dream of living at steps from a turquoise waters beach and just a few minutes away from the iconic Buenos Aires’ Obelisco in Argentina turned real thanks to Crystal Lagoons’ concept and technology. The Terralagos project has that country’s first crystalline lagoon.

The crystalline lagoon is the Terralagos’ main attraction: A 5-hectare turquoise water mirror whose palm trees beaches make you think on the Caribbean Sea coasts. The crystalline lagoon is the differentiating facility of this development.

In addition, Terralagos considers 1.280 lots – between 800 and 1.100 square meters-, and 450 apartments spread in low rise buildings and in town houses, in a total area of 270 hectares. All of them have a clear sight of the crystalline lagoon that will host many activities and water sports such as swimming, sailing, yachting, windsurf, kayak, scuba diving, rowing, and plenty more.

Apart from that, a kids club and the 1400 square meters principal club house will be placed at the crystalline lagoon surroundings. The complex will also have social sports infrastructure: ten tennis courts; two football fields; a hockey pitch; a multisport centre; a sauna; a gym; and a spa area.

This complex developed by Crystal Lagoons in Argentina will join to other three projects that the innovation multinational supports in that country: “Remeros Beach”, “Lagoon Pilar” and “Acquavista”, to which other projects that the company plans to build in other cities such as Rosario and Mar del Plata, will join.
