Crystal Lagoons’ disruptive technology helps real estate developers break new sales records and now its Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum development in Dubai is currently selling the Emirate’s most expensive residential units thanks to its 40-hectare mega crystalline lagoon designed by the multinational company.

According to Gulf News, the leading English language daily for the Middle East, prices for the development’s ultra luxurious villas start at US$7.500 per square meter and the residential units can easily fetch up to US$12 million each, a new price record for the important Dubai real estate market.
