The Suncoast News, publication that publishes the most relevant news of Florida, United States, huighlighted the Crystal Lagoons project that is already under development in that country, which is going to be carried out in partnership with Metro Development Group. The Suncoast News emphasizes that the complex will give life back to one of the most iconic site lands of the State: The old Epperson Ranch.
The project, named Park Place of Wesley Chapel, will be the first project in the US that will have as its central element an 8 acres crystalline lagoon developed by Crystal Lagoons with its own private beach.
The US publication stresses Crystal Lagoons’ world success, emphasizing that the company has built 60 lagoons in different countries as the one being developed in Florida. Also, it says that the crystalline lagoons have become into an essential amenity for real estate and tourism projects, adding differentiating value and generating a revolution in the real estate market worldwide.
