Crystal Lagoons Revolutionizes Romania with PAL® Project in Bucharest

This complex is part of the Central District Lagoon City megaproject and has become a milestone in the city. With tickets sold out more than a week before its opening, the project, developed under the Public Access Lagoons® model, has captured the attention of residents, tourists, and the global press.

At the heart of this development lies a large crystalline lagoon, suitable for swimming and water sports, accessible to all through ticketed entry. It is surrounded by 11,000 m² of white sandy beaches, restaurants, beach bars, terraces, and areas for events and sports. This infrastructure not only enhances Bucharest’s entertainment offerings but also elevates the quality of life for its residents, providing the idyllic beach experience without leaving the city.

Lagoon Park Bucharest also includes a 5-star Radisson hotel, 400 luxury rental apartments, class-A offices, retail stores, restaurants, cinemas, a sky bar, and a spa. This project, developed in partnership with Forty Management, a prestigious Romanian firm, is set to become an iconic destination in Europe. The alliance with Forty Management extends beyond Bucharest; the Romanian firm and Crystal Lagoons also drive forward other projects in Italy, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary.
