Crystal Lagoons® Public Access Lagoons™ Set to Multiply in Peru

Having seen marked success in the Peruvian real estate market, such as Hacienda La Joya (primary residence) and La Jolla de Asia (holiday homes), Crystal Lagoons® has now shifted its focus to expanding its latest business model, Public Access Lagoons™, also known as PAL™.

The firm is in advanced negotiations for an exclusive Master Agreement to bring the PAL model to the South American country, having signed 8 new contracts with a further 19in different stages of negotiation, including three new developments in the suburbs ofLima.

“Peru is a market with great potential for PAL projects due to its climate and population, among other factors. In fact, the success seen by similar entertainment alternatives currently on offer reflect that they are highly demanded by locals, and confirms that Peruvians are interested in projects of this nature,” explains Jean Pierre Juanchich, Regional Director Latin America of Crystal Lagoons.

PAL are characterized by their epic crystalline lagoons surrounded by tropical beaches, which can be accessed via ticketed entry, and which incorporate services such as restaurants, beach clubs, retail stores, amphitheaters, and recreational and cultural activities.

Indeed, the multinational firm has seen increasing interest from investors, looking to develop 10 PAL projects in the cities of Lima, Tacna, Ica, Piura, Arequipa and Trujillo. Just months ago, Crystal Lagoons executives held a roadshow in the country’s capital, where they presented the PAL business model to renowned investment and real estate funds.

Crystal Lagoons markets PAL through Master Agreements, long-term strategic contracts and a large volume of projects, which are negotiated by specific areas or regions.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
