Crystal Lagoons® Projects Named in U.S. 50 Best-Selling Real Estate Ranking

Leading U.S. real estate advisors RCLCO has released its mid-year report, ranking the nation’s top 50 best-selling real estate projects. Among those highlighted by the survey are four emblematic Crystal Lagoons® developments: Balmoral, Sierra Vista, Lake Nona, and the multinational water innovation firm’s recently inaugurated Lago Mar, in Texas.

According to RCLCO, some of the best-selling communities in the country are thriving despite the COVID-19 pandemic, with total new home sales among those communities tracked in both the 2019 mid-year survey and 2020 mid-year survey exceeding 16%.

In the case of projects including pure turquoise lagoon amenities powered by Crystal Lagoons, this number is significantly higher, as is the case, for example of Balmoral, in Texas, which has increased sales by an impressive 143% since midyear 2019.

In the case of Sierra Vista, sales went up 67%, while Crystal Lagoons latest amenity to be inaugurated in the U.S., Lago Mar, in Texas city, is up 41%. All three are developed together with Land Tejas.

A fourth development was also named, Lake Nona, developed with Tavistock Develeopment which has seen sales soar by 46%.

This reflects how Crystal Lagoons concept and technology, patented worldwide, has changed the real estate paradigm of “location, location, location”, becoming the world’s top amenity, and has consistently added premium values to real estate projects.

In 2018, all of Crystal Lagoons projects on sale that year were named in the top 50 bestselling ranking.
