Crystal Lagoons’ mega-projects land in Miami

30 September, 2015 / News

Curbed Miami, an influential real estate and neighborhood news website, met with the U.S. CEO of Crystal Lagoons, Uri Man, this week to discuss the company’s upcoming projects in Miami, including the highly anticipated Sole Mia Miami development.

Crystal Lagoons has announced seven projects in the U.S. thus far with an additional 35 projects in negotiations. Two 10-acre Crystal Lagoons will be part of the new, $4 billion, 183-acre master-planned community located on one of the largest remaining undeveloped parcels in South Florida east of Biscayne Boulevard.

“We are very excited about our partnership with LeFrak and Turnberry Associates on their joint venture development in North Miami,” said Uri Man, CEO, Crystal Lagoons US, Corp.  “With a real estate portfolio that’s growing throughout the U.S. and around the world, we are reinventing the way business and residential communities are being built, focusing on sustainable and innovative development. As our first project in South Florida, we look forward to showcasing this signature project near our U.S. headquarters.”

The massive project will feature a dine-in movie theater and bowling in a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center, 37 acres of community parks, upscale shopping and dining topped by commercial office space and a 150-key hotel above retail, as well as numerous world-class amenities. Centrally situated in North Miami, Solē Mia will rise just south of Aventura at 15045 Biscayne Boulevard. Zoned for 4,390 residential units, the development will dramatically reshape the North Miami landscape, transforming the area into an exciting destination for local residents and international visitors.

Patented in 160 countries, Crystal Lagoons is the only company in the world able to provide this technology and has experienced exponential growth both in the United States and around the word.  The Solē Mia project follows the company’s recently announced U.S. projects including partnerships with real estate developers such as Tavistock Development Group in Orlando, Metro Development Group in Tampa, and more forthcoming announcements planned for Texas, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
