Crystal Lagoons keeps expanding all over Latin America with two new projects in Paraguay

The renowned news website “Entorno Inteligente” has recently covered Crystal Lagoons growing expansion in Latin America with two new projects in Paraguay.

In the touristic city of Pedro Juan Caballero, one of Paraguay’s most visited destinations, just an avenue away from Brazil, Crystal Lagoons will inaugurate its first lagoon in Paraguay. This new milestone that the multinational of innovation marks in Paraguay materializes with the first-home project “Blue Lagoon Amambay”, located at the heights of Cordillera del Amambay, in the limit between Pedro Juan Caballero city and Ponta Porâ, just 7 minutes away from the airport of the latter Brazilian city.

The complex considers a total investment of US$ 70 million and it is being developed by Crystal Lagoons in partnership with Raíces Inmobiliaria, firm with more than 45 years of experience in the Paraguayan real estate market and with 190 developed projects, and that with this current lagoons it is launching other two initiatives in that country.

Apart from “Blue Lagoon Amambay”, the multinational will inaugurate on the fisrt week of December another project with Inmobiliaria Raíces in Paraguay. With this one, Crystal Lagoons will count with two operative lagoons in Paraguay. “Acqua Village” is located at the tourist detonation of San Bernardino, 50 kilometers away from Asunción.

This is a luxurious high-end second-home development that includes a 2.5-hectare crystal clear navigable. With a total investment of US$ 55 million, the project considers 5 buildings with a total of 120 apartment units and 396 lots, apart from a Club House, restaurants, sports areas and natural lagoons.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
