Crystal Lagoons inaugurated its first project with crystal clear lagoon in Brazil

Crystal Lagoons and BC Genera have just inaugurated its first project with crystal clear lagoon in Brazil. The spectacular 2.1-hectare lagoon is surrounded by four wide beaches. Located in the city of Cuiabá, “Brazil Beach Cuiabá Home & Resort” considers 1.308 house and apartment units, with a total investment of US$ 350 million.

The complex is part of the development plan for first and second housing that Crystal Lagoons is carrying out in Brazil, in partnership with the main real estate developers of that country. “Brazil Beach Cuiabá Home & Resort” is located at Estado de Mato Grosso, south west from Sao Paulo. The sports and recreational infrastructure are part of the unique elements of this project.

“Our crystal clear lagoons will be, without any doubt, a total success in Brazil. Since this is a very innovative concept and it represents a powerful advantage we are completely sure that it will produce a revolution in the real estate market of that country, as it has already happened in all the countries where we have introduced this technology and concept. To provide the idyllic beach lifestyle to the people at their doorsteps in places far away from the coast is a so powerful experience that it just changes the people’s lifestyles”, states Francisco Matte, Crystal Lagoons’ commercial manager.

Cuiabá is the first of three projects that the innovation multinational company is planning to carry out in that country in partnership with BC Genera. A second housing project will be located in Estado Mato Grosso do Sul and it will have 7.000 homes, while a third one will be located in Brasilia and considers 1.350 residential units and a navigable crystal clear lagoon where people will be able to practice water sports such as kayaking.

“For us it is very satisfying to be part of these projects that will be milestones in Brazil, since they make possible residential poles that offer a very high quality of life standard with a innovative recreational concept in an area of great potential” states René Pavéz, BC Genera’s director.

“The focus of our efforts is placed on Brazil’s main states. Since it is a nation of great dimensions, cities with great real estate potential such as Cuiabá and Brasilia are located at more than 2.000 kilometers from the Atlantic coast. At the same time, every Brazilian has a beach culture that involves sports and recreational activities, given the country’s tropical weather and summer temperatures almost all year long. This demands that every real estate project should have great and innovative recreational areas, such as sports fields, swimming pools, and gourmet sectors, among others.
