Crystal Lagoons in talks to bring public access lagoons to malls

13 June, 2018 / News

Multinational water-innovation company Crystal Lagoons® has developed a brand new concept that will provide public access to their clear water manmade lagoons.

Public Access Lagoons (PAL) are being considered for a wide variety of projects, from hotels to malls. In the particular case of the latter, manmade lagoons represent a viable option to reignite the interest of people in visiting shopping malls, after the success of e-commerce.

Crystal Lagoons is in talks with at least five major shopping mall chains in the U.S. for the inclusion of public access lagoons to existing and future projects. Success of Crystal Lagoons’ very first project in U.S. soil in Tampa, Florida, has triggered growing interest in manmade lagoons by developers across the nation and has brought the company to break into new and promising yet unexplored markets, such as retail.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
