The opening of Epperson, the first clear water lagoon project powered by multinational innovation company Crystal Lagoons® in the U.S., has triggered the interest of real estate developers across the nation.
The project, located in Tampa, Florida, has turned into a total success, reaching unprecedented sales figures. Epperson is the very first project the company has officially opened in the U.S., but there are several others to come.
