Crystal Lagoons First Amenity in Vietnam Part of Successful Real-Estate Project

Crystal Lagoons® first project in Vietnam, VinCity Ocean Park, has caught the attention of the local media and sparked much interest due to its sheer size, but also because it will bring a crystalline lagoon, powered by pioneering technology to the heart of the country’s capital, Hanoi.

VinCity Ocean Park, developed by Crystal Lagoons together with Vingroup, is a condo complex which will include a 15-acre crystalline lagoon, which will be powered by state-of-the-art technology patented worldwide by the multinational water innovation company. It will be the first development in Vietnam to include amenities often limited to luxury resorts.

The real-estate development will be located in the South East of the city, and will be connected to the city-centre, one of the main national highways and urban train lines, as well as neighboring provinces. Thus ensuring future residents will be able to enjoy living in a clean and pacific environment, without being affected by pollution but without being disconnected from the city.

State of the art technology

Environmental sustainability issues remain a core component of Crystal Lagoons DNA as well as promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. Patented worldwide, the firm’s crystalline lagoons of unlimited size are built and maintained at very low costs anywhere in the world, using a minimum amount of additives and energy.

Furthermore, the technology captures the rainwater that falls into the lagoons, reducing the amount of water necessary to compensate for the evaporation.
