Crystal Lagoons First Amenity In Cordoba To Open In 2020

Crystal Lagoons®, the multinational that developed and patented a unique technology that allows the construction and maintenance of crystalline lagoons of unlimited size, is making progress in its first project in Cordoba, a city located in the north of Argentina. The development, which is expected to be ready at the beginning of 2020, will include a central piece: a 6.6 acres crystalline lagoon.

The development, known as Acquavista, has a total of 180 acres and is currently being overseen by Galp. As a means of showing the progress of the works, the firm invited the media outlets to take a tour of the construction site. Once completed, the Crystal Lagoons amenity will be almost a 1.000 feet long and over 280 feet wide.

“We have developed products aimed at investors. We have absolutely no doubts regards the potential of this project and we trust that our current investments in the complex are an opportunity for a 40% growth once the lagoon is completed,” said Pablo Cmet, managing director at Galp.

The project will include 18 mega-plots, which will be located around the lagoon, some of which are to include buildings housing between 30 and 40 apartments. There will also be land assigned for housing developments.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
