Crystal Lagoons Develops Real Estate Projects with Houston’s Largest Developer

3 February, 2020 / News

After more than two decades as one of Houston’s largest and most successful developers, Land Tejas has recently embarked on its most ambitious concept to date. Together with Crystal Lagoons®, it will create the first ever amenity in the state that offers a combination of resident beaches, retail and daily-fee access. A 70-acre paradise village in Lago Mar, in Houston, Texas, will include several white sand beaches and aquatic attractions for the whole family.

According to a recent study conducted by Houston Business Journal, Land Tejas is the largest Houston-area residential real estate developers for 2020. Founded in 1997 by Al Brende, the firm has 2.932 local lots developed in 2019.

Using innovative technology that conserves water and lessens environmental impact, Crystal Lagoons has installed stunning lagoons all across the globe. Now, with the opening of Texas’ first Public Access Lagoon™ in Lago Mar, everyone will have a chance to experience for themselves beach life on their doorstep, year round.

Also known as PAL™, the business model will allow non-residents daily access to the lagoon and surrounding white sand beaches, and with a total of 12-acres, Lago Mar’s crystalline lagoon will be the largest in Texas, converting it into a unique staycation destination.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
