Crystal Lagoons Amenity In US project: “It’s the reason why we came here”

The 7.5-acre crystalline lagoon in the Epperson development in Wesley Chapel, Florida, has officially opened to residents. The project, which is known as Epperson, is powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology, and will bring beach lifestyle to the community.
Residents can enjoy the crystalline lagoon — the first of its kind in the US. The lagoon features a cabaña area, a beach section and a swim up bar.
“It beautiful, it’s definitely the reason why we came here,” resident Sara Watlington said.
“You just take the golf car from the house, come here and we’re literally in paradise,” Watlington said. Her daughter woke up early Saturday just to be the first in the lagoon.
The Epperson project has already incorporated the PAL (Public Access Lagoons) concept and will enable a public access area with a “beach club”, creating large additional annual revenues for the developer.
Due to the projects’ success, Metro Development Group has signed several other projects with Crystal Lagoons, to include crystalline lagoons of unlimited size, along with offering beach life in their Florida developments.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
