Crystal Lagoons Amenity in Chilean Business Sector

25 March, 2019 / News

The business sector in Santiago, Chile, known as Ciudad Empresarial, now has a spectacular 2.5-acre crystalline lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology. The Laguna Piramide project, developed by Inmobiliaria Desco, is an innovative residential complex, which adds value to a purely business district, bringing beach life to the area composed mainly of offices.

In this sense, Fernando Fischmann, Founder and President of Crystal Lagoons, explains “our crystalline lagoons started as second home projects, however, they are now popping up in urban sectors of major cities around the world.”

Crystal Lagoons amenities are important drivers that not only speed up sales but increase the value of the properties, a trend also reflected in the Desco project. “80% of this project sold has already been sold,” confirmed Desco’s President, Juan Ignacio Silva.

But that’s not all. Crystal Lagoons has more good news: In the coming weeks, the multi-national will inaugurate another 2.5-acre lagoon in the center of Santiago as part of the residential project Laguna Centro. “Crystal Lagoons is revolutionizing modern life with its Public Access Lagoons, which give the public access to its crystalline lagoons via a ticketed entry. This promises to change urban life,” confirms Cristian Lehuede, Executive Director at Crystal Lagoons. He adds: “We are focusing on central areas through advanced negotiations with the private sector so as to build Public Access Lagoons (PAL). This is the new business model we are promoting, and which will be open to the public via a ticketed entry.”

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
