9 March, 2018 / News

Multinational water-innovation company, Crystal Lagoons® has begun 2018 with important milestones to announce.

In the U.S., the company has opened its very first pristine lagoon project within the nation at Epperson, Florida. This is the first of a series of man-made lagoon projects Crystal Lagoons has already signed with some of the main U.S. real estate developers across the country, in States such as Florida, Nevada, Texas, California, to mention a few.

Crystal Lagoons debut in Florida has confirmed a real estate revolution in the U.S. previously announced by the company itself. In less than three years from of landing in the country, the company has generated great demand due to its effect in on increasing the price of homes and speeding up sales rates by up to 70%.

“We are absolutely delighted with the debut of our first clear turquoise lagoon in the U.S. and very pleased to be part of this project that reshapes the U.S. real estate market, as it has already happened in all countries where Crystal Lagoons has set foot”, says Kevin P. Morgan, Executive Vice President Crystal Lagoons U.S. Corp.

In terms of innovation, the company has recently launched a brand new concept: Public Access Lagoons (PAL). The concept has gained the attention of real estate developers, local authorities and especially, some of the most prominent U.S. retail chains.

In the particular case of retailers, companies are interested in ways to bring people back to shopping malls, which are currently facing a deep crisis due to the success of e-commerce. In that scenario, PAL shows lots of promising potential to reinvigorate business, providing the perfect place for social gathering.

“PAL’s Crystal Lagoons model is being evaluated as the new hook or ‘anchor’ to attract people to the malls, which must be reconverted, becoming the meeting point of the 21st century,” added Morgan.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
