The multinational, which boasts more than 600 projects in different phases worldwide, plans to develop a total of 25 PAL in Spain, in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Malaga, Murcia, to name a few.

Less than 30 km from the center of Madrid, it will be Europe’s largest man-made beach and will incorporate a crystalline lagoon surrounded by white sand beaches along with spaces for exhibitions, unveilings, food-halls, weddings, as well as concerts on multiple set-ups with beaches, terraces, which can be covered by domes, as well as restaurants, retail and amphitheaters.

The business of the future

Spanish investors have recognized that as these amenities are built, they quickly generate pyramidal financing. Hence, even with a low initial investment, a company with a very high present value is achieved,” explains Francisco Matte, Crystal Lagoons Regional Director.

“PAL are a robust proposition and Crystal Lagoons is choosing the best partners around the world,” concludes Matte.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
